Job Summary

As the Sales Coordinator, you will be a primary point of contact for ZOLL’s Sales Territory and Inside Sales Managers as it relates to Orders and customer sales history. You will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Sales Order process including Order Form generation and distribution via Salesforce and DocuSign. You will engage ZOLL’s Legal department when necessary and coordinate the flow of completed orders to Finance and Implementation. You will also help plan and coordinate the Sales teams' involvement with various corporate meetings, including the Mid-Year and Annual Sales meetings.   You may also be called upon to assist with managing small projects, preparing reports and other administrative duties.


  • Validate quotes and create orders across all product lines (Billing, AR Optimization, EMS, Fire, ZOLL Care Exchange), ensuring ZOLL policies are followed
  • Perform administrative duties for the sales team, such as setting up meetings and managing department project activities
  • Export and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports via Salesforce and Excel
  • Update and maintain customer records in Salesforce
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and other sales documents
  • Maintain knowledge of the organization's products, sales policies, and procedures



  • 1+ years experience  of administrative or Sales Administration experience
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience managing organizational and team projects
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills


  • Experience with Salesforce.com or Zuora Billing 
  • Experience working in software/technical sales

The compensation range for this role is $22-$30/ hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
