The Respicardia Digital Project Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution of clinician and patient-focused marketing efforts for the innovative remedē® System, with special focus on digital channels. The Digital Project Manager will work closely with the other members of the marketing team to develop and implement a strategy that will promote market awareness and rapid adoption of the
remedē® System.


  • Drive messaging, branding, and collateral to support the ongoing launch of the remedē® System, with a focus on digital channels.
  • Develop, implement, and manage our digital presence, including
    SEM / digital advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook advertising), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Patient and physician digital communications (eblast sequence, education pathway) facilitated by HubSpot.
  • Website content (e.g. patient screener, blog writing, etc.).
  • Additional responsibilities beyond digital strategy, as assigned, which may include support for creating print collateral, managing tradeshow presence, and more.
  • Develop strong relationships with the marketing, sales force, R&D, Legal, and Clinical counterparts in order to build a deep understanding of how to create value.
  • Conceptualize and develop high impact marketing materials and sales assets, including demand generation campaigns and website development, digital asset development.
  • Manage and collaborate with third-party contractors as needed.
  • Observe regulatory requirements, data confidentiality and safeguard all patient related information.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle 15% or more travel schedule.


  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of prior experience in digital advertising and/or medical device marketing.
  • Strong capability with common digital tools (Google AdWords, Facebook advertising) and an eagerness and aptitude for learning new technology (e.g. HubSpot, design tools, etc.).
  • Exceptional analytics, written communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in working effectively as a member of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to physician/customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong team attitude.
  • Comfortable in a small, dynamic company environment with frequent changes in direction.
  • Must have ability to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment.
