We are looking for technical support specialists to provide exemplary customer service and software application support to customers with a wide variety of technical aptitude. What We're Looking For:
Local candidates are preferred, but US based remote candidates will be considered. This position will have on-call rotation responsibilities.
Successful candidates will have access to training on our applications and their use and on-the-job training to continue to grow your skill set. We have an informal environment that allows for fun team comradery and relationship building.
