    ZOLL’s Hosted/Managed Services offering is an administrative solution for our clients that help simplify their business needs and help our customers to be successful in their mission.  The Support Managed Services Specialist is the front-line person for ZOLL’s Hosted/Managed Services customers creating a close partnership through comprehensive and adept communication skills with an outgoing personality to drive customer success.  You will be responsible for customer administration requests, initial software troubleshooting, and monitoring for system health.



    • Initial technical support and problem solving for assigned customer base
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring system health
    • Develop reporting crucial to measure overall health of customer base and take action to address needs
    • Adhere to support SLA response times
    • Ensure customers are meeting their legislative mandates with respect to data submission to government and hospitals
    • Develop automated tools and best practice processes that support customer base needs
    • Maintain server maintenance
    • ZOLL Upgrades for all Hosted Products – maintain customer’s environment to be on the current version but not more than 2 versions back.


    • Very strong customer oriented focus and the ability to professionally handle difficult situations.
    • Good technical aptitude for working with software and Microsoft SQL.
    • Excellent communication, documentation, grammar and interpersonal skills.
    • A high level of professionalism and the ability to think analytically.
    • Detail and process oriented.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills.
    • Project Management experience.


    Additional Desired Skills:

    • Experience working with Microsoft SQL and XML (preferred).
    • Knowledge and experience in EMS Operations as a Paramedic.
    • Experience with ZOLL ePCR extracts configuration.
    • Experience with ZOLL ePCR/TabletPCR.



    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
